1 Reviews for THB Bury CV9010 Comfort Vision Wireless Handsfree
Tried the Bury and several others - 13 Dec 2007

I bought the Bury for around £100 from Vodaphone. I also bought the BT Visor (really rebadged Hama Cruiser III) and 3 others. The Bury never worked. It would never stay connected for more than a few seconds. Every time you switched off you would have to pair, match etc. A time consuming series of taks. The Hama and others worked perfectly. Once paired they would stay paired. Once connected they would 99% of the time stay connected. The best being the Hama BT/Visor. Burty never ever worked. I thougbn it away but was annoyed with Vodaphone fore recommending it above other cheaper makes.

"At the moment we have also customer with the same problems and this phones. In most cases it was with old Software from our Comfort Vision. Also we have reports that new Firmware of this phones and our new software of our Comfort Vision can make problems. This would be tested from us at the moment. Can you please send us our Firmware from your phone and your Comfort Vision? And also which provider you use? That can help us to look where's this problem and how to solve it with a new softwareupdate from our Comfort Vision."
Unfortunately despite repeated asking there is no easy way to get the firmware/software and send it to Bury. Then to reverse the process. I asked how one could do this repeatedly.

"it must not our fault that it function before we have not finished our test can we here not say anything. Other producer can be have other problems because the use other software. You can read out the software form your Sony Ericsson with the key's ->, *, <..-, <..-, *, <..-, * The Softwareversion from our Comfort Vision can you find under the Bluetoothmenue"
However it is their fault for releasing a product with defective software and then not foreign to exchange it.

"we can only help if you give us information. Without information we can not help. Generell I can only suggest you to make a update of your Comfort Vision Firmware."
Yes but they would not tell me how to do this despite asking or offer to hep in what they admit was defective software. My experience would indicate that the BT alternatives are far better.
